Stories told straight.

I never name clients. The people I work with operate at a level where their growth person should stay invisible, and that's the deal I keep with them. What you get instead are the stories told straight, with real numbers where I can share them.

Functional Health · Tiered-Offer Business

5x'd the previous biggest promotional campaign in the business's history.

Built on compounding work over time, not a one-off. The first time the business ran a major campaign with proper priming and sequencing instead of "let's send out an email."

$40,000 from event replays alone on a free-plus-replay summit. That sat on top of record sales of the high-ticket flagship and on top of attendees who converted to the high-ticket program in the months that followed.

Multi-year compound growth in revenue, predictability, and the back-end ascension layer. Same architecture, repeated and improved every cycle.

The front-to-back architecture works inside a premium tiered-offer business of meaningful scale. Not theory. Lived experience.

Premium Wellness Retreat · California

No booking system. No sales process. Rebuilt the engine end to end.

Joined a property where every booking was carried by paid ads converting cold traffic on first touch. The email list barely existed. Nurture flows didn't exist. The site, the social, the systems — all broken.

Full audit, full rebuild. Booking system stood up. Customer journey mapped from first touch to repeat stay. UGC content strategy built around real footage and real guests, not editorial gloss.

The "beautiful images" approach that most luxury wellness defaults to was retired in favour of content that could actually tell the story. The architecture I put in place is still running.

I can operate inside a high-end wellness property at full data access, with full discretion, and rebuild a broken system from the foundations up.

Solo Med Spa · Multi-Practitioner Practice

From one practitioner to a team.

A single practitioner. A site that didn't tell their story. SEO underperforming. Paid was inconsistent. Social was sporadic.

Site rebuilt around the practitioner's actual story and how they did things differently from competitors. Full SEO foundation. Social rebuilt around the practitioner-as-protagonist. Paid layered in on top, feeding direct booking calls-to-action.

The practice grew from solo to multi-practitioner on the back of the system. No funnel needed — what the practice needed was a story-led site, organic discoverability, social presence, and paid to keep it topped up.

Not every business needs a complex funnel. The skill is knowing which business needs what.

Medical Doctor Practice · Same-Day Flow

From empty diary to same-day standard.

Different problem entirely. The practice didn't need an offer ladder. They needed appointment volume, today, from people who'd already decided they needed a doctor.

Social presence rebuilt. Paid traffic running into a website with direct calls-to-action. No lead magnets, no nurture sequences, no offer ascension. Just intent traffic meeting a clear path to booking.

Same-day appointments became standard. The practice was filling slots that hadn't existed in the diary before.

Funnels aren't the answer to every question. Sometimes the answer is removing the friction between intent and booking.
